Clinical Care Plans
For existing clients who own a Seqex device and want continued access to individualized clinical guidance.
"What should I do today, and what is my plan at home?"
"What do I do when something comes up?"
How Clinical Support Works
If it has been more than 12 months since your last assessment, an updated assessment will be required before individualized recommendations can be provided.
Your appointment includes a thorough review of your findings, individualized recommendations, and any clinically indicated programming updates. A written summary is sent following every visit. Brief follow-up questions specific to your appointment, within 48 hours, are part of your care.
Ongoing recommendations, new symptoms or health concerns, protocol adjustments, and clinical guidance outside of your appointment require a Clinical Care Plan or a follow-up appointment.
Appointment Summary
Following every appointment you will receive a brief written summary covering:
- Date of appointment
- Primary concerns discussed
- Overall ICR findings
- Brief explanation of major patterns identified
- Lifestyle recommendations
- Recommended follow-up interval
- How do I turn this on?
- My card will not read. What do I do?
- Where does this plug in?
- General device operation and setup
- Should I be running REG or MIC right now?
- I have had a migraine for three days. What program should I run?
- Can you update my deck?
- My friend wants to use my mat. What should she run?
Choose your level of support.

Questions directly related to your appointment or newly recommended programs within 48 hours are included as part of your visit. Ongoing clinical guidance, recommendations for new symptoms or health concerns, program modifications outside of your scheduled appointment, and continued support between visits are available through a Clinical Care Plan or follow-up appointment.
Purchasing a Seqex device does not include ongoing clinical consultation, individualized programming, card development, or email support. Questions about the device itself, including loading your cards and general troubleshooting, are always answered. All other services are available through an Initial Consultation, individual appointments, or one of the Clinical Care Plans described above.
